--- The camp is maintained by 11 dedicated Volunteers, all active or retired Scouters
--- The Volunteers form the Camp Property Committee which meets once per Month
--- The property committee reports to Tri-Shores Council
--- The Volunteers get together every Wednesday to work on maintaining the camp.
--- All the
Volunteers take turns to be
--- The use of the camp is open to all non-profit organizations scouting or not
--- On average 1330 youth and 930 adults used the camp annually over the past 5 years
--- There are 17 camps such is Cedarwin scattered throughout the Tri-Shores and Battle-Fields Councils
--- Most importantly, the camp is here to provide outdoor adventure and excitement for all youth from 5 to 80 +
